Consultant – Solar Phase 2 Programme
• 🎓 Advanced degree in agriculture, finance, irrigation, renewable energy, climate finance, or related field.
• 💼 7+ years' experience in agricultural finance, irrigation, climate-smart agriculture, or investment analysis.
• 🤝 Lead SPIS market analysis, stakeholder consultations & investment strategy development.
• 🗣️ English required; Amharic is an advantage.
