- Foster teamwork: Share knowledge and collaborate closely with your team.
- Take responsibility: Plan, organize, and manage your project tasks.
- Optimize testing processes: Conduct hardware and software testing, initiate, and implement test automation.
- Create test cases: Define, develop, and automate test cases within an established tool and test environment, particularly for embedded systems.
- Analyze test results: Document, analyze, and evaluate outcomes.
- Present test reports: Prepare and present test reports.
- Stakeholder management: Communicate both internally and externally, working closely with project teams, stakeholders and customers.
- You have a degree in a technical field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar).
- You have professional experience in project work and testing within agile (e.g., Scrum) or traditional (e.g., V-Model) methodologies.
- You have experience in embedded software development, particularly on Linux-based systems.
- Your expertise in test analysis, test design, test execution, and test evaluation sets you apart.
- You possess in-depth hardware knowledge, especially regarding the integration and testing of COTS components.
- You have experience in test automation using tools such as Selenium, Ranorex, Cucumber, Jira, X-Ray, and HTML-based tools, particularly for embedded systems.
- An ISTQB certification (Certified Tester Foundation Level) is a plus.
- You have programming experience in Python, C/C++, and Assembler, particularly for ROM/RAM tests.
- You demonstrate strong teamwork, commitment, and assertiveness.
- You work goal-oriented and with a strong focus on the successful execution of projects.
- You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- Ideally, you also have knowledge of German.
