Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage patients with urinary calculi and prostate disorders including benign prostatic hyperplasia and prostate cancer.
- Perform diagnostic procedures such as cystoscopy, prostate biopsies, and imaging interpretation.
- Carry out surgical interventions including lithotripsy, prostatectomy, and minimally invasive urological surgeries.
- Develop individual treatment plans tailored to patient needs and monitor their progress.
- Collaborate closely with nephrologists, oncologists, radiologists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide patient education and counseling regarding urological conditions and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements.
- Keep abreast of latest advancements in urology and engage in continuous professional development.
Requirements
- Medical degree with specialization and board certification in urology.
- Valid medical license to practice in the relevant Gulf region.
- Proven experience in managing urinary stone disease and prostate conditions.
- Advanced skills in endoscopic and minimally invasive urological surgeries.
- Strong diagnostic abilities and clinical judgment.
