Consultant - Workforce, Payroll & Time Transformation
Summary
Consultant implements workforce/time/payroll systems, validates timekeeping data, and analyzes payroll datasets using Excel/Alteryx to support HR-tech transformation programs.
We are looking for a Consultant with foundational experience in Workforce Management and Total Time Capture, who will support delivery of WFM and payroll-integrated transformation programs.
The role focuses on execution, analysis, and system support, working closely with Managers to deliver high-quality project outcomes across timekeeping, payroll integration, and workforce analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Support WFM implementation and transformation activities across:
Timekeeping
Advance Scheduling
Attendance and Accruals
Assist in Total Time Capture (TTC) processes, including time validation, compliance checks, and data accuracy
Support payroll integration activities, including:
Data validation
Output reconciliation
Issue resolution
Participate in testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and document defects and resolutions
Analyze workforce and payroll datasets using Excel / Alteryx to identify trends and discrepancies
Prepare client deliverables, including processing documentation, reports, and presentations
Assist in conducting workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder interactions
Support configuration activities under guidance from senior team members
Skills & Competencies:
Basic understanding of:
Workforce Management systems
Time and attendance processes (TTC)
Payroll processing lifecycle
Strong analytical and data handling skills
Exposure to tools like Excel and/or Alteryx
Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Tools & Technologies:
WFM platforms: UKG / Kronos (preferred)
Payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, Dayforce, etc.)
Analytics: Alteryx, Excel
Process tools: Visio, PowerPoint
Education/Years of work experience:
MBA HR or equivalent preferred
3–5.5 years of experience across WFM, payroll, and time-related transformation programs
