As a Consulting Manager within our Consulting practice, you'll lead engagements that help organisations navigate change, accelerate transformation, and unlock new opportunities. You'll work closely with clients, guide multidisciplinary teams, and translate strategy into practical outcomes that deliver real value.

This is a role for someone who enjoys leading from the front, building trusted relationships, developing people, and helping clients move confidently from ambition to action.

What you'll do

As a Manager, you will:

• Lead the successful delivery of consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients
• Oversee multiple workstreams, bringing teams together to deliver cohesive and meaningful results
• Build trusted relationships with clients and act as a key advisor throughout engagement delivery
• Navigate complexity and ambiguity, translating strategic objectives into clear plans and actionable outcomes
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and decision-making processes that drive progress
• Guide clients through transformation initiatives by balancing business priorities, technology considerations, and organisational change requirements
• Contribute to proposal development, solution shaping, and growth opportunities across client engagements
• Coach and mentor consultants, helping build capability, confidence, and consulting excellence
• Drive continuous improvement through knowledge sharing, innovation, and the adoption of modern delivery approaches, including AI-enabled ways of working
• Collaborate with colleagues across consulting, technology, and industry domains to deliver lasting client value

About you

You're an experienced consulting professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges while bringing out the best in people and teams.

You'll bring:

• Experience leading end-to-end consulting engagements or significant transformation initiatives
• A proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience building trusted client relationships
• Experience managing engagement risks, competing priorities, and delivery outcomes
• The ability to translate strategic objectives into structured, executable plans
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how to balance business and technology considerations
• Experience contributing to proposals, solution development, and business growth activities
• A track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing team capability
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience

Highly regarded

• Experience in consulting, business transformation, digital transformation, or advisory environments
• Experience developing business cases, value propositions, or commercial recommendations
• Experience applying analytics, structured problem-solving methodologies, or emerging technologies to improve outcomes
• Experience leveraging AI and innovative ways of working to enhance delivery effectiveness
