Consulting Manager, Professional Services - Transformation
Orgvue is a leading organisational design and workforce planning software platform that captures the power of data visualisation and modelling to build more adaptable and better-performing organisations. HR, finance and business leaders use Orgvue to gain actionable insight that enables faster, better workforce decisions in an increasingly complex world.
Orgvue is trusted by the world's largest enterprises and leading consulting firms to visualise and confidently design the organisations they need tomorrow, today. The company is headquartered in London, with offices in Philadelphia, The Hague, Toronto, and Sydney.
We are seeking a Consulting Manager to play a key leadership role within Professional Services. This individual will be responsible for raising the bar of transformation delivery, enabling teams across all regions to deliver large-scale, advisory-led transformation programmes, and strengthening Orgvue's credibility in complex client conversations.
This role sits at the intersection of delivery excellence, consulting capability, and go-to-market impact, acting as a transformation subject matter expert for both clients and internal teams.
About the role
In this role, you will lead the continued development of Orgvue's transformation consulting capability. You will ensure our Clients and Professional Services teams are equipped with the methods, frameworks, and confidence to deliver complex organisational and workforce transformations, while acting as a trusted transformation advisor to key clients and prospects.
You will partner closely with Sales (AEs, AMs), Solutions Leads, and Regional Professional Services leaders to drive consistency, quality, and commercial impact across transformation engagements. This includes supporting sales cycles, setting delivery standards, and embedding reusable best practices across regions.
You will operate comfortably at an executive level with clients, while also working within the business to develop people, evolve methodologies, and continuously raise delivery standards.
Responsibilities:
Transformation Leadership & Delivery Excellence
· Lead the evolution of transformation delivery best practices across Professional Services, helping drive consistency, quality, and measurable client outcomes globally.
· Act as a trusted advisor and quality reviewer for complex, high-risk and advisory-heavy programmes.
· Ensure transformation engagements consistently deliver measurable business outcomes, not just platform success.
· Lead After-Action Reviews (AARs) for significant transformation engagements, ensuring learnings are embedded across regions and teams.
· Promote scalable, repeatable approaches across transformation areas (e.g. cost reduction, org design, workforce restructuring, M&A).
Enablement & Capability Building
· Enable Professional Services teams globally to deliver large-scale transformation work with confidence.
· Drive development and adoption of transformation methodologies, frameworks, and playbooks.
· Build and nurture a global community of transformation practitioners and SMEs.
· Coach and mentor consultants, managers, and project leaders to deepen transformation and consulting capability.
· Identify and develop emerging transformation talent through mentoring, coaching, and project exposure
Commercial Impact & Sales Partnership
· Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to bring transformation credibility into sales cycles.
· Serve as Orgvue's transformation subject matter expert in key client and prospect conversations.
· Lead or contribute to the development of advisory-led offerings, services catalogue, and commercial standards.
· Contribute to growth through new logos, upsell, expansion, and advisory bookings.
· Partner with Marketing to turn client success stories, transformation outcomes, and advisory approaches into compelling case studies, thought leadership, and go-to-market content.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
· Work closely with Solutions and Product teams to ensure transformation insights directly inform solution design and roadmap priorities.
· Provide transformation input to ensure Orgvue solutions align with real-world consulting and organisational challenges.
· Strengthen the linkage between business challenges, consulting approach, and platform capability.
Requirements
· Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, management, analytics, or related field.
· 8+ years of consulting, transformation, or professional services experience, with significant exposure to organisation and workforce transformation programmes.
· Proven experience leading organisational transformation programmes, including areas such as organisation design, workforce planning, restructuring, operating model design, cost transformation, or M&A integration.
· Experience engaging senior stakeholders and building trusted client relationships, including Director and C-suite audiences.
· Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop consulting capability within teams.
· Strong commercial awareness, including supporting sales cycles, advisory engagements, proposal development, and client growth initiatives.
· Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on advisory and delivery involvement when needed.
· Experience working in global, matrixed environments.
· Up to 20% travel.
Benefits
· Hybrid working (min. 1 day per week in the London office).
· Wellbeing support: Sanctus Coaching, virtual fitness sessions, wellbeing webinars, annual wellbeing day.
· Subsidised gym membership.
· Private medical insurance (including dental and vision) and life assurance.
