Consulting Manager / Senior Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW – Be part of the Savills Hotels team, leading consulting assignments for projects under planning, client presentations, and business development initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct advisory assignments from client pitching and relationship management through to financial modelling, market studies, feasibility studies and operator selection for hospitality and real estate projects across Vietnam and the region.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of reports, financial figures, conclusions, and development recommendations.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients
- Manage communications with clients, partners, and industry connectors.
- Consult with, and present to, clients on project viability.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Any other specific task as assigned by the Senior Director.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education
Degree in Corporate Finance, Economics, Business Administration, etc
Communication skills
Strong networking & excellent communication
PC skills
Proficient in MS Office
Experience
At least 3-5 year-experience in related field.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in investment, research & valuation, finance, or development functions at leading real estate companies
Language
Proficient English (both speaking and writing)
