We help customers navigate information management, Microsoft 365, AI, information protection, governance, compliance and digital transformation with confidence.

We're looking for a Consulting Performance Manager to help maximise the performance of our consulting practice.

This role sits at the intersection of consulting, sales and business operations, providing the visibility, planning and commercial insight needed to align customer demand, consultant capacity and business priorities.

As our consulting practice grows, we need stronger visibility of future demand, consultant capacity and delivery priorities to ensure we're making the best use of our people and continuing to deliver great outcomes for customers.

As Consulting Optimisation Manager, you'll work closely with Consulting Leads and Sales & Engagement to forecast demand, optimise resource allocation, and support decisions that improve utilisation, delivery performance and business outcomes.

You'll also help refine the reporting, processes and operational practices that support the consulting practice, ensuring leaders have the information they need to make informed decisions as the business continues to grow.

Working with Sales & Engagement and Consulting Leads to align future demand with available capability

Identifying resource constraints, delivery risks and opportunities to improve consulting performance

You will:

  • Have experience in consulting operations, workforce planning, resource management, practice management or a similar role

  • Have strong commercial awareness and an interest in business performance

  • Be highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities

  • Be confident working with forecasting, utilisation, reporting and operational information

  • Be proactive, practical and focused on outcomes

  • Be great at influencing outcomes

  • Be an excellent facilitator and problem solver

  • Communicate clearly and confidently with both leaders and team members

  • Experience within a consulting, professional services, technology or project-based business would be an advantage.
