We help customers navigate information management, Microsoft 365, AI, information protection, governance, compliance and digital transformation with confidence.

This role sits at the intersection of consulting, sales and business operations, providing the visibility, planning and commercial insight needed to align customer demand, consultant capacity and business priorities.

As Consulting Optimisation Manager, you'll work closely with Consulting Leads and Sales & Engagement to forecast demand, optimise resource allocation, and support decisions that improve utilisation, delivery performance and business outcomes.
You'll also help refine the reporting, processes and operational practices that support the consulting practice, ensuring leaders have the information they need to make informed decisions as the business continues to grow.

Managing consulting capacity, utilisation and forward work planning
Working with Sales & Engagement and Consulting Leads to align future demand with available capability
Identifying resource constraints, delivery risks and opportunities to improve consulting performance
