Position Summary

Responsible for managing and leading SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution (LE), and Export functions, ensuring effective support, process optimization, and successful delivery of SAP-related initiatives. Serves as the primary functional for sales, logistics, and export operations within SAP, working closely with business stakeholders to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. Provides strategic direction for SAP projects, process enhancements, and system governance while coordinating functional and technical teams to ensure business requirements are successfully delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Leadership & Management: Lead and oversee SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution (LE), and Export business processes across the organization.

• Initiatives & Projects: Manage and coordinate SAP functional initiatives, enhancements, support activities, and continuous improvement projects.

• Subject Matter Expert (SME) Role: Act as the subject matter expert for SAP SD, LE, and Export processes, ensuring alignment between business requirements and SAP solutions.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional analysts, and technical teams to define and implement process improvements.

• Change & Incident Management: Oversee incident resolution, change management, and system optimization efforts within the SAP landscape.

• Reliability & Standardization: Ensure system reliability, process standardization, and compliance with organizational objectives.

Experience & Key Knowledge

• Solid experience in SAP functional leadership, project management, and configuration/support across SAP SD, SAP LE, and Export Processes.

• Mastery of cross-functional SAP integration, Order Management, Pricing & Billing, and Shipping & Delivery Management.

• Proven experience in business process optimization, business transformation, change and incident management, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Ensure seamless integration with other business modules as MM & FI.

• ABAP understanding for clear communication with Developers and functional design.

• English conversational it's a nice to have.
