Description
Consumer finance partnership coordination
Follow up with consumer finance application partners on campaign approvals, offer mechanics, implementation requirements, and execution timelines to support campaign readiness.
Coordinate day-to-day operational activities with financing partners to ensure smooth campaign execution and financing offer availability.
Campaign setup & activation
Prepare campaign trackers and coordinate setup activities with relevant internal teams to support campaign readiness across retail and e-commerce channels.
Coordinate campaign launch, communication, and promotional materials in line with promotional calendars to ensure accurate customer messaging.
Monitor campaign implementation across stores and digital channels to verify offer visibility and execution accuracy.
Execution follow-up & reporting
Follow up on execution issues and required updates to support smooth campaign delivery.
Maintain financing offer records, campaign documentation, and execution updates to ensure operational accuracy.
Collect campaign feedback and maintain execution records to support reporting and future activations.
Escalate operational issues and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders to minimize business and customer impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in marketing
