What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing consumer lending team
- Oversee lending operations, underwriting guidance, and loan decision-making
- Monitor portfolio performance, risk, and compliance
- Improve lending processes and member experiences
- Partner with leadership to support lending strategy and growth
What You Bring
- 5+ years of consumer lending or financial services experience
- Strong knowledge of underwriting, credit analysis, and lending regulations
- Leadership and team development experience
- Experience with lending technology and loan origination systems
- Credit union or community banking experience preferred
