Consumer Networking Global Product Marketing Specialist (Gaming Routers)
Description
工作說明
We're the marketing team behind our Consumer Networking product line — including gaming routers and networking gear, right as WiFi moves into its next generation. It's established and well-loved, so your campaigns build on real momentum, not starting from scratch. Your job: make WiFi gear feel exciting to gamers who care about ping, speed, and bragging rights — and sometimes team up with the anime and game franchises fans love.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY OWN
1. Shape the strategy, then make it pop — build the campaign direction and toolkit territory marketing teams run with, market by market.
2. Be the glue that makes global campaigns actually happen — sync product, sales, and regional marketing so every market gets the same story, on time.
3. Own the campaigns people actually stop scrolling for — brief designers, direct video shoots, and ship gaming-first content that stands out.
4. Work with names that actually move the needle — collaborate directly with tier-1 global KOLs and media to get our story in front of the right audience, worldwide.
5. Prove it with numbers — track KPIs and ROI to make the next campaign sharper than the last.
6. Chase the crossover magic — pitch and produce cross-product-line campaigns, including IP collaborations with anime, games, and other franchises.
需求條件
YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF
1. A marketing-related degree matters if you're just starting out — 1–2+ years of relevant experience (agency-side is a plus) matters more once you've got it. Recent grad? Coursework or internships count too.
2. You're bilingual in Chinese and English (TOEIC 850+ / IELTS 7.0+), and comfortable being the voice of a global brand in either language.
3. You're a fast learner with real curiosity about new tech — no networking background needed, but you pick up technical concepts quickly and enjoy the learning curve.
4. You've got real interest in gaming — you know ROG and TUF routers, and why a rock-solid, low-latency connection matters to gamers as much as their mouse or monitor does. Routers are the invisible backbone of that experience, not what they're staring at — if that story excites you, you'll fit right in.
5. You can juggle five things at once without dropping any of them, and you'd rather fix a problem than just flag it.
6. You've got taste and know how to sell it — creative-driven, detail-obsessed, and just as sharp pitching an idea as polishing a social post.
WHY THIS ROLE, WHY NOW
1. One role, real breadth — strategy, social and digital creative, video production, campaign execution... you'll get real exposure to all of it, not just one slice.
2. New hardware, new WiFi generations, new stories to tell — this product line never sits still, so neither does your portfolio.
3. Real cross-functional, cross-border collaboration — work directly with Product Management, Sales, and regional marketing, and learn how a global business runs, fast.
4. Global stage, established brand — your campaigns reach international markets on a name people already trust, not a regional pilot.
5. Play in the crossover space — cross-product-line campaigns with anime, games, and other brands, not just one shelf.
