Contact Center Agent with English and/or Catalan

Join our team as a Contact Center Agent with Catalan/Valencian and/or English for an important Multinational in the Industrial Sector located in Madrid (Villaverde). What you'll do

As an Agent in our Contact Center, your main responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer calls in Catalan/Valencian and/or English, resolving incidents and offering effective solutions.
• Performing back office tasks related to the management of inquiries and complaints.
• Recording and updating information in our computer systems accurately.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Following up on cases and communicating with customers regarding their solutions.
• Participating in training and team meetings for continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

To be part of this exciting adventure, you need to meet the following requirements:

- Possession, at a minimum, of Vocational Training or Intermediate or Higher Level Training Cycle in Administration or similar (Essential requirement. Certificate will be requested)

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a Contact Center.

- Proficiency in Catalan/Valencian and/or English at a native or advanced level (spoken and written).

- Ability to work with multiple applications simultaneously.

- Ability to resolve conflicts and manage difficult situations with a positive attitude.

- Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts.

What you'll get

- 6-month temporary contract with possibility of continuity

- Full-time Monday to Sunday with the rest periods established by Law in rotating Morning shifts (8:00 to 15:00) and Afternoon shifts (15:00 to 23:00).

- Interesting remuneration of €13.95 gross/hour + Saturday bonus of €66 + Sunday bonus of €99 + afternoon bonus of €15/afternoon + attendance and punctuality bonus of €27/month + transport allowance

- Immediate incorporation
