Contact Representative

About the Position: This position is located at Fort Gordon, GA - Military Installation, 2nd Floor of MTF. Hours: 0730-1600, individual office space in a High Tempo work environment. Serves as a Contact Representative at a Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) within the Defense Health Agency (DHA). Provides support/assistance to Active Duty, Reserves, National Guard, retired service members, family members and other personnel eligible for DoD healthcare.

Provide specific information about enrollment into the TRICARE Dental Program (TDP) and/or the TRICARE Retiree Dental Program (TRDP).

Receive and interviews patients, sponsors or other person having knowledge of or accompanying the patient.

Assists beneficiaries to make appointments for referred/deferred Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) medical care.

Assume responsibility for specific debt collection cases upon notification and assignment through to its conclusion.

Maintain the TRICARE briefing program which covers the Military Health System to include TRICARE.
