Container Fleet Maintenance and Repair (M&R) Specialist
Summary:
Reporting to the Container Fleet Technical ASIA Regional Office Manager, and within the Container Fleet Management Department, you learn from and support Regional Office team in their different missions.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Build structuration and day-to-day tasks
- M&R transformation roadmap in ARO (Repair Advisor, GBS training and deployment, …)
- ARO audit execution and excellence plan
- Data analysis to identify deviations and set up corrective action plan
- Reporting production
- Definition and implementation of optimal repair strategy (including location) to address commercial needs, in coordination with HO M&R
- M&R and Recovery CIP initiatives / spot actions, potentially in coordination with other Group departments
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Thermal Engineering, Energy Machinery, or Refrigeration Technology, or experience in Container M&R or Container Fleet Logistic
- Proficiency with computer and office tools
- Knowledge of the maritime industry and the technologies used on board ships
- Interpersonal skills, rigor, analytical mind, proactivity
