This local Class A CDL position in Fort Wayne, IN moves containers between the rail yard and customers, with a daily run to Chicago plus local work nearby. Schedule & Home Time

• Home daily.
• Monday–Friday schedule.
• 10:00 PM start time.
• 11-hour shifts.
• Truck stays at the yard while you're off.

Routes & Freight

• Daily runs from Fort Wayne, IN to Chicago and back.
• Local work within 100 miles of Fort Wayne.
• Containers delivered to and picked up from customers.
• Mostly drop-and-hook (approximately 80% on nights).
• Mostly no-touch freight.

Equipment

• Automatic trucks only.
• Slip seating.
• Company-owned equipment.
• No riders allowed.

Endorsement Requirement

• Hazmat endorsement required within 60 days of hire.
• Cost reimbursed once the endorsement is on your license.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• No SAP drivers.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• Hazmat endorsement within 60 days of hire.
• Willing to work night shift.
