- Over 2M loyal customers: Started in a shared apartment by three best friends, we have scaled to Europe's fastest growing consumer brand—and our cult-like community, the HOLY Squad, loves it: 4.6 stars on speak for themselves.
- From D2C to Global Omnichannel: In less than four years, we've profitably scaled HOLY to more than €150M D2C revenue in DACH, FR, UK and PL. Now scaling our retail business, we're on an exciting transition to becoming a true omnichannel rocketship.
- We are still just getting started: Backed by the world's best consumer investors, we aim to revolutionize the soft drink industry and build a generational love brand: tastier, healthier & more sustainable. Our team of 150+ people aims high (Coca-Cola, we're coming for you!).
This role sits at the intersection of global strategy and local execution. You'll work closely with central Campaign, Performance, and Creative teams to translate briefs into FR-specific content, while coordinating across Partnerships, Community, Events, and Social Media locally to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
This is an execution-heavy role with real ownership. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment, know what makes paid social content work, and can keep multiple workstreams running in parallel without losing quality — this is for you.
You'll take charge of:
- Building and managing a roster of several UGC creators for paid social content production: from sourcing and negotiating to briefing, reviewing, and delivering assets to the media buying team.
- Owning the day-to-day relationship with HOLY France's ad agencies: briefing, feedback, delivery, and performance alignment.
- Coordinating FR campaign execution across all local functions: Partnerships, Social Media, Community, Events; ensuring central campaign briefs land on time, on brand, and with maximum content output.
- Project-managing content capture across every FR activation: football clubs, brand partners, Squad events, influencer shoots: every moment should generate paid social-ready assets and high-quality content.
- Building the structure and process for FR-only local campaigns, grounded in the global framework.
- Tracking paid social performance and using data to continuously sharpen creator selection, briefing, and content formats.
- Proven experience managing UGC creators or content production pipelines for paid social: you know what a strong hook looks like, and you hold a high bar.
- Comfortable owning agency relationships: briefing clearly, giving sharp feedback, and keeping delivery on track.
- Natural collaborator who can align multiple teams (Partnerships, Community, Events, Performance Marketing, central Campaigns) without friction: you make people around you faster.
- Strong project management instincts: you track every workstream, flag blockers early, and never let a campaign or activation slip through without a plan for content
- Data-literate: you read paid social performance metrics and connect them directly to how you source, brief, and iterate.
- Highly autonomous: self-managed, proactive, and knows when to escalate versus when to decide.
- Comfortable operating between global and local: you translate central strategy into FR execution and feed local insights back up without losing either direction.
- French native speaker, English proficient: fluent across internal and external contexts in a multi-market organisation.
- A successful and growing company: Join a company that has been growing profitable and quickly for the last 36+ months and have raised a series B, while many other e-commerce companies are struggling.
- Huge impact: Enjoy huge impact to shape HOLY’s internationalisation in a top market.
