Content Creation Manager
At Allegacy, our roots run deep — anchored in a longstanding commitment to doing right by our members and the communities we serve. Every role within our organization plays a vital part in nurturing the relationships that make that promise real. As a member of our team, you'll be empowered to live out our brand every day, building meaningful connections that support the financial wellbeing of those who count on us most.
We believe growth is meaningful when it's personal. Every member, employee, business owner, and community partner has a story worth telling — and we're looking for a creative storyteller who knows how to bring those stories to life.
The Content Creation Manager is responsible for creating compelling, high-quality content that strengthens Allegacy's brand, builds trust, and deepens engagement across digital channels. This role serves as the primary content creator for the communications team, leading the production of videos, photography, member stories, employee features, financial education content, and thought leadership assets.
This is a hands-on creative role. You'll spend your time finding stories, conducting interviews, capturing footage, editing content, and producing engaging digital experiences from concept to final delivery.
The ideal candidate is an experienced multimedia storyteller who is equally comfortable behind a camera, in an editing suite, or interviewing a member about a milestone. They can turn a simple conversation into a compelling story and produce professional-quality content without relying heavily on outside agencies or freelancers.
