Content Creator and Editor

***If you are someone who can make people stop mid-scroll, watch and want more.. we're looking for you!*** Earthful is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to own all video content for the Earthful brand, from quick social reels to full campaign edits. **Location:** Full-time, On-site - Mumbai / Hyderabad **Responsibilities:** - Edit and deliver video content across formats - social media reels, ads, YouTube long-form, and campaign creatives - Trim and adapt long-form videos into sharp, engaging short-form content with strong hooks - Cut and tighten scripts to match the pace and tone of each format - Source and sync hook music, sound effects, and transitions that elevate the viewing experience - Work from reference videos and adapt them to Earthful's brand language and visual identity - Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing and creative teams to deliver on briefs **Skill Set:** - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for editing and motion graphics - Familiarity with AI-powered B-roll generation tools: Canva, Luma Labs, Kling, and Sora - Strong command of B-roll selection, motion graphics, transitions, text animations, background music, and sound design. - A sharp aesthetic sense - you instinctively know what looks and feels good on screen - Basic Adobe Photoshop skills for image touch-ups and thumbnails - Creative mindset with the ability to take a reference, quickly adopt and make it distinctly Earthful Be a part of Earthful’s Family! @ www.instagram.com/earthful.me/ @www.linkedin.com/company/earthfulme/ **About Earthful** Earthful is a VC-funded FMCG brand building India’s most trusted clean-label wellness products.
