  • Content Creation
    • Create social media posts about:
      • Microsoft Flight Simulator (Airports and scenery products and simulator updates)
      • Virtual pilot training (SkyPass)
      • Aviation tips and interesting facts
    • Research aviation and simulation topics for content ideas.
    • Assist with writing blog posts and community updates.
  • Community Engagement
    • Interact with community members across social platforms.
    • Start conversations and encourage participation.
    • Run community polls, challenges, and giveaways.
    • Help organize beta testing activities and gather feedback.
  • Research & Monitoring
    • Follow flight simulation trends and new releases.
    • Monitor competitor content and community activities.
    • Keep track of what's popular within the flight simulation community.

  • You are interested in either aviation or flight simulation (Microsoft Flight Simulator, Prepar3D, X-Plane, DCS or similar platforms)
  • You are interested in marketing, content creation or community management
  • Your command of English is confident.
  • You are curious, creative and open to learn.
Not required, but an advantage:
  • Experience creating content for Facebook, Instagram, Discord, Reddit, TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
  • Participation in flight simulation communities, forums, Discord servers or online groups.
  • Interest in gaming, simulation or aviation content creation
