Job Summary

This role creates engaging short-form video content and educational copy to teach the Finnish sauna ritual, building cultural literacy and habitual sauna practice in Singapore through authentic storytelling and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short-form vertical videos for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook independently to showcase the sauna ritual
• Write clear, educational captions and short copy explaining sauna practices including löyly, hot-cold cycles, vihta, rest, and etiquette
• Build and maintain a digital asset library of B-roll, still photos, guest testimonials (with consent), and event coverage
• Capture live moments during guided sauna sessions, community events, and partner activities to enrich content
• Analyze engagement metrics such as reach, saves, watch-through rates, and profile visits to inform weekly content reviews
• Participate in the sauna ritual weekly to authentically experience and communicate the practice

Required competencies and certifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a diploma/degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Design, or a related field, or possess a portfolio demonstrating equivalent skills
• Portfolio of self-shot and self-edited vertical videos with at least 3 links, including view/save metrics if available
• Proficient written English with a calm, warm, and unhurried tone, avoiding hype and clickbait
• Working knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalents, and design tools like Canva or Figma
• Comfortable with heat and cold immersion and willing to practice sauna rituals weekly
• Own a phone and laptop suitable for content creation
• Based in Singapore with legal right to undertake an internship

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Comfortable on camera and willing to present to the lens when the shot calls for it

• Prior content work for a consumer wellness, fitness, hospitality or F&B venue, where filming happens around live guests

• Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite, native TikTok/Instagram scheduling, and reading platform analytics beyond surface reach

• Still photography and light retouching in natural and low light — much of our footage is shot in dim, high-humidity conditions

• Basic motion graphics, subtitling and sound design

• Copywriting for email or newsletter formats in addition to social captions

• Genuine interest in one or more of: Nordic culture, endurance sport, longevity, sleep, or mental wellbeing

• Ability to plan a monthly content calendar independently from a set of brand themes, rather than working post-by-post

• Availability for evening and weekend coverage, when the studio is busiest and most of our community moments happen
