Part-Time Content Creator: Vacation Rentals (Pensacola Beach & Navarre)
Love the Gulf Coast and know what makes a TikTok stop the scroll? We're hiring a part-time creator to show off our beach homes and condos across three local vacation rental brands.

What you'll do
- Shoot short-form video and photos at our properties 3 days a week (walkthroughs, "hidden gem" features, local spots, day-in-the-life)
- Edit and post to TikTok (the main focus), Instagram Reels and Facebook for all three brands
- Aim for about 9–12 posts a week across the brands, following each brand's voice
- Coordinate shoots with housekeeping and reservations so you film between guest stays
- Track performance and share what's working
Pay
- $18–$22/hr depending on experience
- Monthly performance bonus up to $1,250, plus a viral bonus and a booking bonus
- Gear provided, mileage reimbursed
What we're looking for
- A portfolio or your own account that shows strong short-form video (links required)
- Skill with CapCut, trends, hooks and captions
- Reliable transportation, since you'll move between Pensacola Beach and Navarre
- Hospitality or real estate content experience is a plus
