Content Creator

Silver Bell Group is a dynamic, fast-growing outsourcing company partnering with more than 50 international clients across various industries.

We are looking for a creative and versatile Content Creator to join our Marketing team.

If you enjoy turning ideas into engaging visual content, have a good eye for aesthetics, and feel equally comfortable behind the camera and in the editing room, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

• Plan, create, and produce video and visual content for social media and other digital channels, from initial concept and content planning through filming, editing, and final delivery.
  
• Create and adapt visual materials for different platforms and audiences, including presentations and other marketing and sales materials.
  
• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
  
• Track content performance and use the results to suggest new topics, formats, and improvements.
  
• Stay up to date with current social media formats, trends, and content styles.
  
• Contribute ideas and bring your own creative perspective to our content.
  
• Ensure that all content is visually consistent and aligned with our brand.
  

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in content creation, video production, social media content, or a similar role.
  
• Hands-on experience with video production and editing.
  
• Good understanding of visual composition, storytelling, and social media formats.
  
• Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, or similar.
  
• Excellent written and spoken English.
  
• Experience planning content and using performance insights to improve future content.
  
• Experience creating presentations or other marketing and sales materials is an advantage.
  
• A creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
  
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take a project from idea to final result.
  
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
  
• A proactive approach and willingness to experiment with new ideas and formats.
