Content Creator (Social Media & Design)

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Content: Manage and create engaging daily content for Instagram and Facebook (reels, photos, and posts).
• Graphic Design & Video Editing: Produce aesthetic visuals, graphics, and short-form video edits (tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe suite). No Hollywood-level editing needed, but a strong aesthetic eye is a must!
• On-Site Content Capture: Visit renovation project sites to shoot video walkthroughs, take photos, and capture behind-the-scenes progress.

Requirements:

• Strong sense of design and aesthetic taste is more important than heavy technical editing skills.
• Willingness to occasionally travel to on-site renovation locations for shooting.
• Familiar with basic mobile/desktop video editing and graphic design tools.
