About the Role
Ace Real Estate Development Limited, an award-winning real estate development company, is seeking a creative and experienced Content Creator / Social Media Manager to produce engaging content, manage social media platforms, generate leads, and support property sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, shoot, and edit photos, videos, Reels, and promotional content for property sales, rentals, and developments.
- Manage the company's Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop content calendars, write captions, and schedule posts.
- Promote properties, site inspections, launches, and real estate investment opportunities.
- Respond to comments and direct messages, directing enquiries to the sales team.
- Develop campaigns to increase engagement, generate leads, and support sales.
- Monitor trends, audience engagement, and competitors to improve content strategy.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure published property information is accurate and approved.
- Track performance, enquiries, and leads, and prepare reports.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Relevant qualifications.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong content creation, video editing, and social media management skills.
