Production</span></h3><ul><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Develop creative concepts, mood boards, shot lists, and storyboards for photo and video projects.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Plan, organize, and execute shoots across corporate, retail, branding, events, and social media content.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Independently manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality content within agreed timelines.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Prepare and maintain cameras, lighting, audio, and production equipment.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Organize, archive, and back up all project assets and footage according to established workflows.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.</span></li></ul><h3><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Videography & Video Editing</span></h3><ul><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Capture high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, interviews, events, and corporate communications.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Operate and optimize Sony camera systems, including shooting formats, frame rates, codecs, and Log profiles.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Independently set up and manage professional two- and three-point lighting setups.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Record and monitor high-quality audio using professional sound equipment.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Edit engaging video content using </span><strong><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Adobe Premiere Pro</span></strong><span style="font-family:Calibri;"> or </span><strong><span style="font-family:Calibri;">DaVinci Resolve</span></strong><span style="font-family:Calibri;">.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Perform color correction and advanced color grading of Log footage.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Create motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions, style="font-family:Calibri;">Apply masking, keyframing, rotoscoping, and basic animation techniques where required.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Produce fast-turnaround social style="font-family:Calibri;">Optimize content for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta channels.</span></li></ul><h3><span lifestyle shoots.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Demonstrate a strong understanding of composition, lighting, exposure, and visual aesthetics.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Edit and retouch images using </span><strong><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Adobe Lightroom</span></strong><span style="font-family:Calibri;"> and </span><strong><span technology.</span></li></ul><h2><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Skills & Qualifications</span></h2><h3><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Essential Requirements</span></h3><ul><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;">3-5+ years of professional experience in photography, videography, and content production.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Strong portfolio showcasing photography, videography, editing, and motion graphics work.</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Advanced proficiency in:</span><ul><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Adobe Lightroom</span></li><li><span style="font-family:Calibri;">Adobe Photoshop</span></li><li><span
