About the RoleAs a Legal Content Data Analyst, you will join the Global Product Analytics team, helping to turn complex data into meaningful insights that shape product and content strategies. You will work closely with Legal Content leaders to identify opportunities, develop scalable analytics solutions, and enable data‑driven decision‑making through reporting, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
Responsibilities Structure business problems into distinct data analyses (i.e., a set of hypotheses that can be tested). Ensure accurate and timely delivery of insights from data analyses to the Legal Content directors. Communicate findings and recommendations in a compelling manner (e.g., charts, presentations) and influence decisions through data‑driven insights. Enable Legal Content directors to self‑serve answers quickly and accurately by building and iteratively improving dashboards. Develop and automate reports to ensure key metrics are monitored effectively and variances are understood. Use strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail to continually improve the quality of data feeds. Build robust, repeatable and scalable analyses that are version‑controlled, well documented and reliable. Qualifications At least 2 years of related experience pulling data from a variety of large datasets and using statistics to arrive at an insight. Strong applied knowledge of either SQL or Python for data analysis and scripting. Strong business judgment and a deep interest in data, metrics and analysis. Curious and structured problem‑solver who is keen to challenge the status quo. Great team player with excellent communication skills. Understanding of web analytics (DOM, CSS, HTML). Experience with AWS big data architecture (e.g., ETL, AWS Redshift, Sage Maker). Experience with business intelligence reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with AI tools (e.g., Claude, Open AI, Databricks, Genie AI).
