We typically deliver complex transformation projects within Government organisations/ public sector on public facing issues spanning across multiple areas such as Healthcare, education, and justice.

Team members collaborate remotely, leveraging digital tools to co-create solutions with clients and stakeholders.

What we are Looking for:

We are looking for a content designer that can take responsibility for the creation, evaluation and review of content throughout the user journey. This will include clear, accessible user-centred content for various Public Sector focused work, as part of a multi disciplinary team.

On daily basis this will include but not be limited to;

Delivering Content Design across complex services and related user journeys

Supporting the conversion of operational material into clear and accessible content

Contribute with content strategy and related improvements

Use research material and related analytics to evaluate and inform content

Engage/ Liaise with various team members including user researchers, Product Managers and Service designers

Effectively work, collaborate and influence stakeholders as required on content decisions making evidence based improvement to services and related user journeys

Ensure content is high quality - accessible, inclusive and related to outlined standards and related governance improving user experience overall


Skills required to successfully apply for the role:

Proven experience designing accessible, inclusive user friendly content

Ability to interface and engage with multidisciplinary team and stakeholders

Solid commercial skills in Content design and UX

Design skills factoring in User centred design and evidence based fact

Ability to create content for complex services/ User Journeys

Make content decisions using research data and evidence

Ability to influence stakeholders and build relationships

Contribute to style guiding and content patterns

Ability to work within the UK unrestricted.
