🤝 Your Role
This role is about creativity first. We're looking for someone who genuinely thinks outside the box — who sees a blank brief and gets excited instead of stuck, who can spot a trend on TikTok before it peaks and already has ideas about how to make it ours. You don't need to know marketing metrics or be a numbers person — what we need is ideas, taste, and hands-on skill. You'll support Marketing in producing Valeria's organic content across Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, learning the full process from concept to final edit, including basic animation and motion.
What you'll do
Design and produce content — static, animated and video — for Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, using Canva and Illustrator/Photoshop for design and CapCut for editing.
Adapt content to each platform's own language, under guidance from the team.
Learn and apply basic animation and motion graphics techniques to turn static content into something dynamic.
Get hands-on with AI content-creation tools (image and video generators) as part of your day-to-day.
Help research trends across platforms and bring ideas to the team on how to make them Valeria's own.
Support the daily execution of organic content — creation, editing and calendarization — alongside the Marketing team.
Help prepare B2B promotional material for campaigns and sales initiatives.
Bring your own content ideas to the table — formats, series, hooks — we want your point of view, not just execution.
What we're looking for
A genuinely creative mind, above everything else — someone who thinks outside the box.
An interest in animation and motion design — some hands-on experience or coursework in After Effects (or an equivalent tool) is a big plus, not a requirement.
Design fundamentals, with some experience in Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and/or CapCut.
Curiosity about AI content tools — Google Veo, Runway or Kling. A plus if you've already played with them, but we'll teach you.
A genuine interest in what works on each platform — someone who's online, notices what's breaking through, and has opinions about why.
Your profile
Currently completing the final year of a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field.
Eligible to sign a university cooperation agreement for an academic internship.
Organized, proactive, reliable, and comfortable working with deadlines.
