Your career in a new light

You create content, stories, and concepts that bring our brands to life and strengthen their positioning. Working across the brands of the XAL Group, you ensure that content is delivered consistently, remains relevant, and meets the highest quality standards. In close collaboration with Marketing Management, Creative Direction, and various specialist departments, you translate complex topics into compelling communication. This role supports the development of Creative Excellence, Brand Voice, and Storytelling across all brands.

Your job

• Develop brand-specific content and communication concepts

• Create storytelling concepts, write and implement campaigns, landing pages, newsletters, brochures, and other communication materials

• Develop product names and claims for new product launches

• Conceptualise and coordinate interior and product renderings in collaboration with Product Management, Lighting Design and Digital Artists

• Contribute to the development of brand voices, messaging frameworks, and brand content

Your skills

• Several years of professional experience in content marketing, communications, editorial work, or copywriting -

  a degree in architecture or interior design is a plus

• Strong expertise in digital channels and content formats, combined with excellent writing skills and a keen sense of language

• Creativity, strong conceptual thinking, and the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and audience-oriented way

• A passion for brands, storytelling, and communication strategies, as well as an interest in architecture, design, and technical topics

• A structured and self-driven working style, a strong commitment to quality, and good written and spoken English skills (minimum B2 level)
