Content Manager

We are currently looking for a Content Manager to work with content across our iGaming products.
This role is primarily focused on content creation and communication — email campaigns, SMS, push notifications, and in-product content. You will also be involved in setting up promotions, bonuses, quests, tournaments, and other activities directly in the product.

📌 About the Role
We are looking for a Content Manager who enjoys working with texts but is also interested in how content works inside a product.
Around 60–70% of the role will be focused on writing and adapting content for different channels. The remaining 30–40% will involve working with content directly in the product — updating CMS, setting up promotions and bonuses, launching activities, and checking that everything works correctly.

🔨 Responsibilities
Create and adapt content for email campaigns, SMS, push notifications, and in-product communications.
Write promotional copy for casino and betting products.
Prepare content for bonuses, quests, tournaments, and promotions.
Set up bonuses and promotional mechanics in relevant tools.
Update and publish content through CMS.
Launch promotional activities and check their correct display.
Adapt content for different campaigns and user segments.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, CRM, and other teams.
Check content for accuracy, consistency, and correct display.
Follow established processes and handle routine tasks accurately and on time.

✅ Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in Content, CRM, Marketing, or a similar role.
Previous experience with gambling / casino / betting products.
Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
Intermediate English.
Experience creating content for email, SMS, push notifications, or in-product communications.
Willingness to work with CMS and learn how to publish content independently.
Basic Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Experience with Jira or similar tools is a plus.
Comfortable with routine and repetitive tasks.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Experience with promotional mechanics in iGaming.
Experience setting up bonuses, quests, tournaments, or other user activities.
Experience working with CMS in an iGaming or online product.
Experience both writing and publishing promotional content directly in the product.
Understanding of CRM campaigns and promotional activities.
Experience with AI tools for content creation and everyday tasks.
