About the role

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to help us tell Omada’s story through the challenges our customers face and the outcomes they want to achieve. You’ll be our lead copywriter for strategic assets, including industry reports, thought leadership, flagship campaigns and executive communications. Working with experts across the business, you’ll turn their knowledge into clear, compelling content that connects with our audience. You’ll help maintain a distinctive, consistent voice across our channels and guide colleagues in applying our positioning and content best practices to their everyday work. This is a hands-on role for an excellent writer and editor who is comfortable working with AI tools, curious about technology and able to explain why a complex subject matters to the reader.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the writing of strategic assets. Develop industry reports, research-led content, thought leadership, major campaign narratives and other high-profile pieces. Own the work from initial research and interviews through to the final copy.
  • Bring a human voice to AI-assisted content. Shape and edit content across channels, adding specificity, personality and insight. Ensure it reflects our experts’ perspectives, makes a clear argument and avoids generic language.
  • Apply and help maintain Omada’s editorial standards and voice. Establish practical guidance for internal contributors, agencies and AI workflows. Maintain consistency while preserving the individual voices of our thought leaders.
  • Draw out expertise from across the business. Interview executives, product specialists and customer-facing teams to uncover original opinions and useful insights. Help colleagues develop their ideas and become regular contributors.
  • Deliver content in line with our strategy and editorial calendar. Work closely with the VP of marketing to turn agreed priorities into compelling content, aligned with Omada’s positioning, audience needs and campaign objectives.
  • Stay close to customer conversations. Work with sales, BDRs and customer success, listen to calls, review transcripts and interview customers where possible. Use what you learn to reflect the language customers use, the objections they raise and the outcomes they value.
  • Make complex topics relevant and accessible. Partner with product marketing to explain identity security, AI agent governance, digital sovereignty, and related topics in language that connects with buyers’ concerns.
  • Support campaigns and sales conversations. Work with demand generation, field marketing and BDR teams to develop content for specific audiences and sales plays, giving prospects useful reasons to engage.
  • Build evidence into our storytelling. Use customer experiences, original research and credible external sources to support our arguments. Check facts, question unsupported claims and ensure our content delivers on its promises.
  • Improve our AI content workflows. Work with the team to strengthen briefs, source material, prompts and review processes. Adapt strong ideas across channels without losing their substance or voice.
  • Help colleagues create better content themselves. Collaborate with the wider marketing team, sharing practical guidance, examples and feedback on applying our positioning, tone of voice and basic content best practices. Build their confidence to handle everyday content independently, while focusing your writing and editing on strategic assets and higher-profile work.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in B2B technology or another complex field. Deep identity security expertise is not essential; the ability to learn the subject and make it relevant to customers is.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English, with a portfolio that includes substantial original work such as industry reports, thought leadership or major campaign assets.
  • Strong editorial judgment: you can recognise an interesting idea, build a persuasive argument and identify where more evidence is needed.
  • The ability to turn customer insight into compelling content, with examples that show how you’ve connected a complex solution to a real business need.
  • Experience working extensively with AI content tools.
  • Strong interviewing skills and the confidence to work with senior leaders and technical experts.
  • The ability to explain complex subjects clearly without stripping away the detail that makes them useful.
  • Experience planning and delivering content across multiple formats and channels.
  • An understanding of how content supports awareness, demand generation and longer enterprise buying cycles, alongside practical knowledge of SEO, GEO, distribution and measurement.
  • The organisational skills to manage competing priorities and take work through to publication.

What success looks like

Our content speaks to customers’ challenges in language they recognise, supported by credible evidence and a distinctive Omada voice. Strategic assets bring original thinking to the market and are actively used by marketing and sales. Colleagues become more confident creating everyday content independently. We see stronger engagement from relevant audiences and improved visibility in search results, AI-generated answers and industry conversations.

How to apply

Please share your CV and three examples of content you’ve written or substantially edited, including at least one longer strategic asset. Briefly explain the audience, your contribution, how you used AI where applicable and what the work achieved.
