Content Marketing Project Manager (Temporary cover), Allente

We’re now looking for a Content Marketing Project Manager to join Allente in Stockholm on a temporary cover contract for a minimum of six months. Ready to bring great content to life through engaging marketing campaigns?

The role

As Content Marketing Project Manager at Allente, you’ll turn great content into engaging marketing campaigns that drive sales and customer activation, with a primary focus on the Swedish market. Based in Stockholm and reporting to the Head of PR & Communications, you’ll work closely with our content partners and internal Content, CRM, Performance and local marketing teams.

You’ll be responsible for translating Nordic content priorities into locally relevant campaigns and activities for Sweden. Working closely with your Nordic colleagues and the Content team, you’ll align plans across markets while tailoring messaging, timing and execution to Swedish audiences and commercial goals.

Your day-to-day work will include managing the Swedish content marketing calendar in line with Nordic priorities, coordinating campaigns across channels and ensuring projects and partner commitments are delivered on time. As the main marketing contact for content partners in Sweden, you’ll build strong relationships, identify opportunities around upcoming titles and use campaign insights to continuously improve results.

This is a temporary cover position for a minimum of six months, based in Stockholm.

What we’re looking for

We understand you may feel confident ticking certain boxes more than others and that’s why we always keep an open mind in our recruitment process. But, in order to thrive in this role, we do believe you’ll have at least some experience in the following:

• Coordinating marketing projects, managing content calendars and delivering campaigns to deadline.

• Working with external partners and internal teams to plan and execute marketing activities.

• Creating compelling copy and adapting messaging across customer touchpoints, with native or near-native Swedish and fluent English.

• Working across digital marketing channels, including CRM, paid media and social media, with an understanding of the customer journey.

• Analysing campaign performance and translating insights into practical improvements.
  

It’s a bonus if you have:

• Experience working across Nordic markets and adapting campaigns to local audiences.

• Basic graphic design skills and an eye for engaging visuals.

• A can-do attitude, a sense of humour and a humble, collaborative approach.
