Hourly Rate: $33 - $37 per hour
Position Overview
The Content Marketing Specialist will develop and manage content across social media, email, web, and other marketing channels while supporting lead generation, SEO, analytics, events, recruitment marketing, and sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, strong writing and content-creation skills, and a proven ability to grow and engage social media audiences of 20,000+ followers.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage content for social media, email, blogs, case studies, webinars, sales materials, and internal communications.
- Manage Frasco’s LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube channels.
- Develop content calendars and strategies to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Manage LinkedIn campaigns and support lead-generation and prospecting initiatives.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify prospects and support Sales.
- Conduct website audits and support SEO, website optimization, and content updates.
- Track social media, website, campaign, and lead-generation performance.
- Develop marketing dashboards and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Support recruitment marketing, employer branding, webinars, conferences, and events.
- Create presentations, brochures, one-pagers, sales sheets, graphics, videos, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR, and Training on cross-functional initiatives.
