Job Summary
You will create engaging social media content showcasing treatments and clinic activities, while supporting daily clinic operations to ensure excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Film treatments, products, and behind-the-scenes clinic content to produce engaging social media materials
- Create and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms using CapCut or similar software
- Capture high-quality photographs for marketing and social media use
- Assist with lighting, audio, and filming setup to ensure professional content production
- Design simple graphics and marketing materials as needed to support promotional efforts
- Support TikTok LIVE broadcasts and livestream technical setup
- Assist in appointments, payments, and front desk enquiries
- Perform administrative and data entry tasks to support clinic operations
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after sessions to maintain readiness
- Assist with inventory management and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock availability
- Pack and prepare online orders accurately for timely delivery
- Support general operational readiness to maintain a clean environment
- Provide friendly customer service
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Singaporean, or Permanent Resident only
- Min. O'levels with experience in content creation for social media
- Familiarity with photo and video editing tools/software/mobile apps.
- Knowledge of Generative AI tools
- Good spoken and written English
- Ability to communicate in Chinese and assist with Chinese language content
- Organised, responsible, and able to multitask effectively
- Comfortable assisting behind the scenes
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Other Information
Working Hours
- Monday to Saturday (5.5-day work week)
- Sunday off
- Approximately 46 to 47 working hours per week
Salary
- S$2,800 to S$3,200 gross per month, commensurate with relevant experience, portfolio, and overall suitability
