About the role
As the Content Operations Specialist, based in Melbourne, you'll own and optimise our global Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, driving governance, adoption, continuous improvement and scalable content operations across the business.
- Own administration and optimisation of global PIM and DAM platforms.
- Establish governance, standards and data quality controls across platforms.
- Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, adoption and scalability.
- Partner with global teams to maximise platform value and user adoption.
- Deliver training, guidance and support to build capability across regions.
- Monitor platform KPIs and provide reporting, insights and recommendations.
- Manage vendors, assess new features and influence platform roadmaps.
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Who we’re looking for
We're seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented content professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing together people, processes and technology to deliver exceptional digital experiences. You'll bring:
- Experience managing PIM, DAM, CMS or ERP platforms at enterprise scale.
- Strong knowledge of PIM and DAM governance, standards and data quality.
- Experience driving platform adoption, training and user enablement.
- Proven ability to optimise workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience managing product data, metadata and digital assets.
- Data-driven with experience reporting on platform usage and performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- AI literacy is highly regarded to reduce redundancy and improve processes.
