Content Operations Specialist with Spanish Language

The Company operates a hybrid working model of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home, and additionally 4 weeks a year you can work from any location you choose.
Now, we are seeking a talented professional to be recruited for a permanent position as a Content Operation Specialist with Spanish language.
The Role:
The Content Operations Specialist ensures the timely and accurate delivery of content from publishers to EMIS products, in accordance with established standards. This role works closely with teams across Content Licensing, Technology, and Customer Service to manage and integrate content while providing necessary support to EMIS customers.
The specialist is responsible for maintaining and continuously reviewing EMIS pages, settings, and web tools for a designated product.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitors content delivery to ensure sources are available on EMIS products within the expected timelines and meet completeness criteria. Collaborates with the tech department to resolve any technical issues preventing proper content loading.
• Ensures the accurate display of content and addresses any issues related to data formatting or delivery.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with content providers.
• Monitors a daily selection of news for the Trending Topics sections of EMIS, in English and the local language
• Prepares weekly industry alerts for EMIS industry pages, in both English and the local language.
•Assists Customer Service by addressing content-related inquiries from both internal and external customers.
• Regular control and correction of content classification according to our proprietary taxonomy. Work together with the Content Enrichment team to increase the tagging accuracy and improve Machine Learning tagging models.
• Coordinate actions and priorities with EMIS regional/global product or development
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business or Journalism
• Excellent command of English
• Very good command of Spanish
• Good command of Portuguese is an advantage
• Good understanding of economic concepts
• Excellent knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat
