Content Producer
This role is uniquely high-leverage at our stage. You will be one of the first creative hires at Reactor, working directly with the founders to shape how the world sees and understands what we are building. World models are a genuinely new technology and great video will be our single biggest competitive advantage in making developers and builders feel what that means before they can fully explain it.
We have the technology. We have the demos. We need someone who can turn those demos into content that makes people stop scrolling, watch twice, and want in. One great video from Reactor can reach hundreds of thousands of developers and change how they think about what is possible with video. That is the leverage of this role.
- Take raw demos and experiments built with the Reactor SDK and turn them into polished short form videos for Twitter, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Write the posts that accompany each video, sharp, punchy, and true to the Reactor voice
- Produce 1 to 2 pieces of high quality social content per week that make our technology impossible to scroll past
- Stay close to what is resonating in the AI and developer community and bring those instincts to every piece of content
- Help define the visual language and tone of Reactor's public presence from the ground up
- Work closely with the developer advocate and product team to understand what is being built and find the most compelling angle for each piece of content
- You are genuinely obsessed with AI video and follow the space closely. You know what Runway, Kling, and Sora are doing and you have opinions about it.
- You have strong video editing skills with a native understanding of what works on social media. You know the difference between a video that gets watched and a video that gets shared.
- You can take something technical and make it feel exciting and accessible without dumbing it down. The best AI content does not explain the technology, it makes you feel it.
- You have a point of view on what makes great content and you are not afraid to push for it.
- You thrive working asynchronously and independently. This is a part-time role and we trust you to own your output.
- You are energized by being early to something significant. You would have been one of the first people making Stable Diffusion content if you had known about it in 2022.
Nice to Have
- Existing presence in the AI or developer tools content space
- Experience creating content that has driven meaningful community growth
- Familiarity with generative video tools like Runway, ComfyUI, or similar
- Prior experience at an early stage startup or as an independent creator
- Understanding of developer culture and what resonates with technical audiences
- Direct access to founders and influence over how Reactor presents itself to the world
