Description

CONTENT SPECIALIST
As Content Specialist, reporting to the Marketing Manager, your main role will be to manage and grow LCI VERITAS’s digital presence and community across all active social platforms. You will act as the institution’s voice in the digital space: you will spark conversation, strengthen the brand’s reputation, and turn engagement into a strategic tool for lead generation and student community loyalty. You will translate the Marketing strategy into relevant content for each audience and platform, produce original content featuring students, alumni, and faculty, cover institutional events, and analyze audience behavior to produce performance reports that guide decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and execute the monthly editorial calendar, translating Marketing and positioning objectives into relevant content for each audience, and writing copy, captions, scripts, and text for organic and paid posts.
Create, edit, publish, and manage content for the institution’s digital channels (portraits, interviews, and short features with students, alumni, and faculty), and respond promptly to the community in the brand’s voice, escalating to the manager any situations that could affect the institution’s reputation.
Apply the Brand Book to all pieces, design everyday graphic pieces, and coordinate more complex pieces with the design team and with photography, video, animation, and production vendors, ensuring visual and narrative consistency across all channels.
Track reach, engagement, growth, and lead generation metrics; prepare periodic performance reports; analyze results; and propose data-driven tactical improvements.
Plan and execute digital coverage of institutional, academic, student, and recruitment events, with actions before, during, and after each event (real-time content, recaps, and testimonials), and keep graphic and audiovisual material organized for reuse.
Coordinate, with the manager’s approval, relationships with ambassadors, influencers, and agencies aligned with the brand, and collaborate on special projects and initiatives that position LCI VERITAS in the educational and creative landscape.
Support the manager with the logistics of institutional, recruitment, and brand events: vendor coordination, materials, setup, schedules, and on-site follow-up on event day.
Verify image-use and personal data authorizations, and respect copyright in all published content.
