1. Responsible for creation of soft skill/behavioural/functional content in the Automotive Industry
2. Working on the tool to create the soft skill content
3. Responsible for following processes and compliance for effective delivery of content
4. Individual Contributor Role
5. Responsible for creation of content/ working with empaneled partners for delivery of the same basis the project requirement

1. Content Development & Delivery
2. Effectively deliver content volumes
3. Vendor management
4. Client interface for content inputs and delivery

Role & Responsibilities

1. Produce well-researched content
2. Design, and develop programs for training the role-holders across industries
3. Contextualize and develop content as per the job role learning requirement
4. Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content
5. Collaborate with various stakeholders for devising the content
6. Frontend the content function in front of the customer
7. Ensure on-time delivery with quality
8. Manage the delivery and closure of content projects
9. Be the interface between the customer and CLL
10. Manage the partners/ align new partners with CLL

Education

MBA/Post Graduate (optional)

Ideal Candidate Profile (Skills & Competencies)

• Experience in the field of development of content projects-ILT, flashcards (optional), job aids, etc.
• Good multi-tasker who can work within tight deadlines
• Ability to work within timelines and provide regular updates to Project managers and client stakeholders
• Ability to work with inputs provided by stakeholders, in the form of design documents/ session plans/ ppts
• Exposure to instructional design models, principles and methodologies
• Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
• Impeccable grasp of the English language
• Ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision
• Organize content and activities for effective learning
• The ability to think creatively and deliver impressive concepts
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
• Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
• Strict adherence to the style guides of the organization Rephrase content to meet the learning needs
• Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
• Proficiency with computers, writing skills, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Office.
