Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end content delivery for multiple client accounts.
- Create high-quality content for key strategic accounts.
- Develop content for blogs, social media, websites, marketing collaterals, videos, presentation decks, emails, SEO articles, and other digital channels.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, marketing, and web development.
- Conduct thorough quality checks (QC) to ensure content meets quality and brand standards.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all content.
- Ensure content meets client requirements, expectations, and brand guidelines.
- Develop and implement content delivery processes to streamline and improve existing workflows.
- Manage and coordinate client communications for a select set of accounts.

Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in content writing
- Proven experience in writing content for blogs, social media, websites, videos, and marketing collaterals
- Experience in writing for B2B tech industry would be an advantage.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
