Content Writer (FinTech), Limassol (Hybrid)

On behalf of our client, a fast-growing tech company building cutting-edge, data-driven tools that supercharge businesses that are using them, we are seeking a talented Content Writer to join their expanding team. You can be based outside of Cyprus and work Remotely or join their Limassol, Cyprus team on a Hybrid basis.

The Role:

• Brief, draft, and edit content across web/blog, landing pages, email, video scripts, and social, always with clear goals and CTAs.
• Translate complex USPs and technical concepts into plain, credible language that differentiates the brand.
• Produce authoritative explainers, tutorials, and product pages that build and reinforce user trust.
• Partner with the Design, Product, and Marketing teams to source insights, fact-check, and repurpose content across channels.
• Create and maintain the Brand Voice Guide, defining tone, style, and vocabulary standards.
• Write high-quality copy for presentations, automated email flows, social platforms, and ad campaigns.
• Craft strong product messaging and positioning aligned with the wider brand strategy.
• Ensure all content meets regulatory and industry compliance standards (disclaimers, no exaggerated claims).
• Take full ownership of large-scale content projects, from ideation and briefing through to final execution.
• Pitch creative angles for brand awareness campaigns, storylines, and video concepts.
• Use AI tools to support drafting, ideation, and research, with strict human oversight to safeguard quality.

What our client is looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or content management.
• Excellent command of English (native or near-native level).
• A proven ability to produce clear, persuasive, structured copy across multiple formats.
• Strong storytelling skills and a meticulous eye for detail.
• The confidence to lead projects from brief to final delivery with minimal supervision.
• Experience collaborating with designers, marketers, and media teams.
• Sharp proofreading and editing skills, especially within compliance boundaries.
• The ability to grasp complex topics quickly and make them simple to understand.
• Proficiency using AI tools for productivity and content refinement.
• Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

• Prior experience in Forex, Prop Trading, Brokerage, or Fintech (highly preferred).
• Experience writing for regulated industries or performance-driven marketing teams.
• A track record of independently mastering technical or complex subjects.
• Familiarity with platform-specific restrictions for financial content (Meta, TikTok, Google).

• Salary Range: EUR 29,000 - 35,000 gross/year (based on experience and qualifications)
