ZICO Capital is a specialised independent provider of corporate finance and capital markets advisory for private and public-listed companies in Singapore, Malaysia and across Southeast Asia. We are looking for a Continuing Sponsorship to be part of our fast growing team.

Job Description

• Advise listed issuers on continuing listing obligations on the Singapore Exchange
• Advise listed issuers on corporate governance issues
• Review of documents to be released by listed issuers and advise on corporate actions, in respect of compliance with listing requirements of the Singapore Exchange
• Liaise with regulatory authorities with regards to listing compliance of listed issuers

You should have

• At least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
• Knowledge of IPO obligations
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• A good command of English
• Meticulous, analytical and driven
