Salary: £40,000 - 40,000 per year

Requirements:
  • Significant experience in continuous improvement, business analysis, and process mapping within a complex organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Systems Thinking, Lean, or DMAIC.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate effectively with teams at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • Experience identifying root causes, analysing service performance, and delivering sustainable improvements.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and establish credibility across diverse teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyse operational data, customer insight, performance information, and stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Map and evaluate end-to-end processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, delays, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate workshops, service reviews, and problem-solving sessions with stakeholders across the business.
  • Support and deliver continuous improvement projects using structured methodologies such as Systems Thinking and DMAIC.
  • Produce clear recommendations and actionable insights based on qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Track project actions, risks, dependencies, and implementation progress.
  • Work closely with operational teams to build capability and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure customer experience and feedback are central to improvement activities.
