Continuous Improvement and Quality Manager

The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives across the production facility to improve safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost performance. This role works closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, implement sustainable improvements, and establish a culture of continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and problem-solving skills with practical manufacturing experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through process changes.
