Continuous Improvement Manager

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives across our organization. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, enhance quality, and build a sustainable culture of operational excellence. You will champion Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results.

Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $100,000–$125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, analyzing, and implementing process improvements across operations.
- Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies that align with organizational and business objectives.
- Facilitate Kaizen events, root cause analyses, value stream mapping sessions, and other structured improvement activities.
- Identify opportunities to eliminate waste, improve workflows, increase efficiency, and strengthen product and service quality.
- Establish, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and sustainability of improvement initiatives.
- Train, coach, and mentor employees on Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
- Partner with leadership to prioritize improvement opportunities, define project scope, and allocate resources effectively.
- Drive process standardization and implementation of best practices across departments and sites.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Ensure improvements are sustainable by developing standardized processes, documentation, and performance measures.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred, with Green Belt recommended and Black Belt highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience working in manufacturing, logistics, service operations, or a related environment.
- 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, operational excellence, or operations management.
- Demonstrated success leading process improvement initiatives that delivered measurable business results.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively influence, communicate, and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Experience using data analysis and process improvement tools such as Excel, Minitab, Power BI, and process mapping software.
- Experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing, drug manufacturing, compounding, or another regulated environment is highly preferred.
