Continuous Improvement Manager

A Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining improvement and quality processes to ensure products, services, and operations consistently meet defined standards and customer expectations. They play the crucial role in driving continuous improvement and optimizing quality across an organization.

Requires 3+ years of experience in continuous improvement, process improvement, manufacturing, operations, quality, or a related supervisory role.

Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, root cause analysis, process mapping, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Knowledge of ISO 9001 other applicable quality systems is beneficial.

Strong analytical, communication, project leadership, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
