Contract Admin
- Manage contract documentation, including contract registers, filing systems, document distribution, and document control for contracts, addenda, site instructions, variation orders (VO), claims, correspondence, guarantees, and payment documents.
- Monitor contract status and key milestones, including contract validity, submissions, approvals, response due dates, insurance, performance bonds, and contract close-out activities.
- Support Contract Engineers, Quantity Surveyors (QS), Procurement, Legal, consultants, and contractors by preparing contractual correspondence, contract status reports, supporting documentation, audit records, and contract close-out documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 in Business Administration, Management, Law, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying (QS), Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Contract Admin, Project Admin, Document Controller, Procurement Admin, Commercial Admin, or a similar role in construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
- Strong understanding of contract administration, document control, commercial correspondence, payment processes, and contract close-out.
- Familiar with construction contract documents, including contracts, addenda, variation orders (VO), site instructions, claims, guarantees, and payment documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; experience with ERP or document management systems is an advantage.
