Contract Administrator

Job Description
Performance Contracting is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Contract Administrator for its Masthead Rigging 521 operations based in Tempe, AZ. This key branch role provides administrative, accounting, payroll, purchasing, and project support to help daily operations run efficiently.
Job responsibilities include:

Support payroll processing, billing, collections, accounts payable, and insurance administration.
Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain accurate purchasing records.
Process packing slips, verify deliveries, and reconcile receiving documentation with POs and invoices.
Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service.
Assist with new employee onboarding and orientation.
Support contract and subcontract administration.
Assist Branch Managers, Project Managers, Estimators, and field personnel with administrative and project-related tasks.
Maintain accurate records, project files, and compliance documentation.

Pay range: $21.20 - $28.36
Basic Requirements

At least 2 years of office administration experience.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Requirements

Experience with payroll, accounts payable, billing, and collections.
Experience creating POs and processing packing slips.
Construction or contract administration experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.
Local to the Tempe/Phoenix area.
