Responsibilities
- Coordinate and travel to conduct site visits throughout the Greater Toronto Area, attend site meetings, oversee site activities and provide quality control
- Assisting with project progress and site reports
- Assist with shop drawings, answering Contractor requests for information and issuing contract changes
- Assist with quality control/constructability reviews on drawings and specifications
- Collaborating and coordinating with a multi-disciplinary team
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience with a focus on the construction phase of projects
- Sound technical and building envelope knowledge, strong understanding of codes, and familiarity with Ontario construction practices
- Recognized credentials from a construction contract administration course or other equivalent training considered an asset
- Ability to effectively communicate and deliver services in French considered an asset
- Preference given to candidates with knowledge of BIM principles & workflows; REVIT software; AutoCAD software; Microsoft 365 environment; and Bluebeam and Adobe Reader
Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $80,800 - 107,000
MB & ON: $73,700 - 101,500
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $73,000 - 96,900
